Graphic Designer
CADER (ChangeAgent for Arab Development and Education Reform) is a progressive rapidly expanding company based in Jordan and operating in the Arab region. It is a consortium of prominent local and international universities and ICT companies committed to the development of education and human resources in the Arab World. CADER offers professional development programmes based on integrating ICT (Information and Communication Technology) to promote the processes of teaching, learning and working. It also offers consulting services in the field of education reform and professional development.
CADER is recruiting a full-time graphic designer who is able to interpret the teams' business and creative requirements into reality. The candidate will participate in creating, developing and presenting original and creative designs and solutions. He/she will be responsible to plan for the assigned projects and implement each phase according to plan. The candidate will creatively develop high quality materials, designs, and processes adhering to schedules. He/she is able to work in a dynamic atmosphere, and is a team player who takes initiative and works well under pressure.
The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:
Professional and Personal Skills
- Excellent experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Excellent experience in various Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and 3D.
- Knowledge of PHP, Javascript, Flash and Unix is a plus.
- Production of still and animated graphics.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creation of new ideas and always seeking variety.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Team player.
- Well organized, takes initiative and is committed.
- Excellent in written and spoken English.
Education
- BA in Graphic Design or its equivalent.
