Basma

Basma Hamdallah is a multidisciplinary designer currently working and residing in Amman, Jordan. Upon graduating with a Marketing degree in 2005, she immediately made the decision to dive head first into design and venture into what truly was her passion. She started her design learning journey in advertising moving to branding, web design and all the way to her most recent venture, furniture design. In 2012 she launched her first furniture collection under her own brand Basma Furniture. Best known for her graphic and colourful work, Basma made quite an impression carrying her graphic design impressions onto her furniture pieces. And in late 2013 she launched her first exclusive accessory pieces collection all handmade and designed by her. Basma was featured in a number of local magazines and her work exhibited at The National Gallery for Fine Arts in Amman, Jordan. Currently Basma is delving into surface design and looks forward to all the endless design experiments she plans to explore in the future.
