I'm a filmmaker, I received his MFA in Film and TV from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia. and my BA in Accounting from Ain Shams University in Cairo. Prior to obtaining my MFA, I worked for Netlight Co. for Production and Marketing as Production Assistant/Editor/Distributor in the Film & TV business in Egypt.

My work utilizes both fiction and non-fiction storytelling to explore the themes of social change, diversity, stereotypes, and identity struggles within multicultural societies. My most recent role was as writer, producer and director of the short film The Halal Guy about the daily lives of Egyptian street food vendors in NYC, which I'm currently working on releasing into the festival circuit.
