With eight years and six months of experience in interior design as a designer, presenter and site supervisor, I would like to apply for the position of creative interior designer
As an interior designer , I was directly responsible for receiving the site from the owner to match out the as built plans and site with Surveying engineer , while that I understand the project's activities with bubble diagram then, i work on modifying those bubbles to blocks by the human measurements standard to the minimum limit of space for each activity . Now I am ready to look again to as built plans. After one theory to design each project as it needs or more, I start presenting the space plan layout with some images that I can see in it some items we can use in our main Idea,after this first session I present to the owner the three dimensional shots, and after he agrees I present the work in details Drawing.
As Site Supervisor , I was responsible for checking out the nature of the site and the suitability for the design , placing the design on site by marking lines , checkout after the contractor and his committing for the plans , checkout the safety of structure of walls , ceiling and rises floors and stairs , detect the basic furniture structure then giving the order to finish/cover and instructions for combine/stick ,file all visits to the site and meeting minutes that the super gives , basic receiving and the final one for all structures ,calibrate the work, calculate the quantities, and checking bills , resolve the differences between the contractor and the owner , match out the materials with its specifications , test all systems like water and power , guide the owner for the right way of splitting the payments , issue the payment certificates , and receiving all work finished basically and finally .
