Looking For A Freelance Front-end Developer Experienced In Foundation Zurb And Familiar With Wordpress

My Agency is hiring a freelance front-end developer who's experienced enough with Wordpress templates, and willing to build a website based on a theme by customising its theme options, css theme file building and doing a little markup changes (based on a PSD that we will provide).
Experience with RTL layouts is highly appreciated.
