Creating a creative concept & graphic design piece related to curiosity concept through 

a novel/book.

The objectives of the study are to find out the most effective ways to make the reader curious to read using interaction design as a model.
"People always want to know more and more about what they can't see". From this idea, if you hide some text from a book, it will make the reader more curious to know more and more about what they can't see.
The project aims to increase the level of curiosity by creating a problem situation, which can be resolved only by knowledge - curiosity seeking behavior. For instance, the reader can't know the covered title until he scrapes the cover. Also he can't read some text until he flip the card.
In addition we can take the advantage of curiosity in marketing purpose.
For example when we present a book hiding the cover completely, this will encourage reader's curiosity to know.
What is this book about?
Why the cover is hidden ?
So, it will change the readers decision to buy this book just for the propose of curiosity.
This project also aims to make curiosity socially reachable through sharing the project on different social media channels. Sharing flipping cards through Facebook and other social media channels will induce more curiosity to know more about the book.


PROJECT PLAN:

The design used in this study was qualitative approach with an experimental design.
The experimental design served directly the concept of curiosity through redesigning a book.
The main idea :"People always want to know more and more about what they can't see".
