Moughamarat Abou El Abed is a illustrated book of Abou El Abed jokes which are a staple in Lebanon. The idea to create this book series was developed by myself, Marianne Moussalli, and Wassim Jabre. Marianne and I worked on the concept of the book and creating an image for these iconic characters. Marianne brought them to life with her illustrations and we worked on the design of the book to reflect the genre of comic books in a modern way.
