• Inspecting the construction works in progress to ensure compliance with
the contract documents, approved shop drawings and submittals.
• Prepare punchlist jointly with site engineer and sign off upon rectification.
• Prepare daily site inspection report.
• Review documents such as drawings, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Quality Control Procedures (QCP) and method statement provided by contractors.
• Observing site safety practices and progress of the WORK.
• Monitoring the start up, testing,COMMISSIONING and handover of the works.
• Maintain records of inspection made, test performed and work executed.
• Conduct on site and off site inspection of mockups,benchmarks and completed works installation.
• Perform all other duties given by direct manager.
