Web & Mobile Designer Needed (flat, Responsive)

We are currently looking for New Media Web Designer who is willing to implement our project to best user engagement using best skills of UX.

Our project is a classified website and we need 25 pages to be designed with latest trends like (flat, bootstrap grid layout, responsive). In addition to that, we want another 25 pages for the mobile app. And before delivering the PSD files, we want him to deliver sketches for every page.

Please don't apply if you don't have strong portfolio in Web & Mobile Design. We strongly need a person who knows flat design concept.
