• Performed Feasibility Analysis and Developed Project plan, Business Requirements, Functional Specs, Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Scripts etc.
• Ascertain the functional requirements and derive As-Is (Current Process Documentation), To-Be (Acceptable Design document) and Gap Analysis for all the functions of Fusion HCM.
• Configuring the Fusion GHR, Benefits and Talent Management applications (Work Structures, Enterprise Structures, Person and Assignments, PII data, Comp Elements, Earnings, Worker Salary, Goals & Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Talent Pools, Benefits Administration, HR Processes and Workflows, Roles and Tasks, Reports and Interfaces).
• Organizing Daily Status calls, Maintaining Project Plan, Derive Project Status Metrics and report to steering committee.
Work with business to ensure requirements are finalized, Perform Prototype review and train them on Functionality.
• Facilitated Workshops for Business Requirement gathering, CRP and UAT.
• Developing test scenarios to ensure thorough testing and reviewing all test scripts developed by IT to ensure accuracy.
