Branding Identity Kit

Hello,
I have a branding job but it is a little unorthodox because I have the logo already. When I received the logo a while ago I received it as a png and pdf, however, I did not receive a full branding identity kit with it nor branding guidelines.
Therefore, I am looking for someone who can do this task for me, based on the logo I have.
Also, I have two logos for the same brand, I intend to use both of them. If you must charge for each logos work separately, it is ok as long as the overall brand consistency is still applicable.
Lastly, one of the logos can be revamped, if you have what it takes, you can get that job as well.
