Expected Role - Application Level:
• Participate to the developments on the Question Bank application
o Question Bank
o Exam Generation
o Grading
o Reporting
• Within the IT team, maintain, enhance, adapt the software to answer clients and prospective clients needs and requirements
• Test functionalities and follow up to reach Ampersand’s requirements

Expected Role – Project / client level:
• Ensure Customer satisfaction in regards to the installation and utilization of the software
• Follow up on the helpdesk and on client’s requirements
• Work on the IT work stream of projects through all stages:
o Analysis and business requirements
o Development / customization
o Installation / parameters setting
o Feedback and maintenance
• Report to management on a regular basis on the progress of the handed IT tasks

Technical requirements
• This job opportunity is offered for junior developers, who must have 3-5 years of .Net development and project delivery experience. Ability to work under pressure and deliver requirements within deadlines is a must. The applying candidate should have strong knowledge in:
 VB.net
 MS SQL SERVER 2005 and above
 ASP.net
 ADO.net
 LINQ
 Web services
 Ajax
 Telerik
 JQUERY
Qualifications:
• Excellent written and oral Arabic and English communication skills
• Strong personal skills: must have ability to work in supporting capacity within a team under changing priorities on a daily basis
• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
• Must possess organizational, time management, and motivational skills
• Must have a working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies
• Good communication skills
• Should be an efficient team player contributing positively in the development team
• Self-directed, pro-active, self-starter who excels in an environment with limited supervision
• High level of organization, detail-oriented and ability to work well in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to diagnose, report, track and resolve quality issues
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing, by phone, and in person
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve the process
