Job Objective:
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving faults and issues of Desktop and web applications for Virgo clients.
Job Tasks:
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners online or outdoor.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
• Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems.
Required Skills:
• Basic: Installing and configuring all Windows versions – Network configuration – Software maintaining – Configuring Web Browsers.
• Plus : Configuring local DB engines, or leaning how to.
Years of Experience: 0 - 4 years – Fresh Graduates are welcome
