Health Research Survey - Freelancing Project

Our Company is performing research and gathering data on dietary and health habits of males between the ages of 18-35. We are currently looking for someone that can assist in conducting a field research in the area of skin care and early diagnose of skin related maladies.
Project Goal:
The overall goal of the project is to collect saliva samples from random & ANONYMOUS male participants and to ask them to complete a 7 question survey. The purpose of the research is to help diagnose skin and skin related maladies. The person responsible for conducting the research project will be provided with saliva tubes (minimum of 100 participants) and will need to send us: the survey responses, saliva samples (cheek swabs), along with images of volunteers.

By participating, people are helping be a part of a research program that can ultimately save lives and make a very big difference. All images and DNA tests will be disposed of after being tested, and participants will remain anonymous.
