E-commerce (operations and customer service)

Job Description
-Distributes daily orders to suppliers
-follow up on delivery
-replies to phone calls, customers emails , social media messages and website Chat support
-May work remotely for the first month or two

Requirements
-1-2 years customer service experience
-Excellent command of English, will require writing emails in English and Arabic
-Internet Savy
-Problem solver
-Social media experience
-IT background is preferred
-e-commerce experience is preferred
-Sales experience is a plus
