Logo Design

I need a logo for an on-line tile business called Tile Boss. colours are grey, black and white. The website will be clean and simple in appearance and 'The Boss' will give visitors advice & info throughout the site. so I want a separate image of a 'Boss' to use on the site and I want this image incorporated in the logo. It could just be a face maybe with a cigar or something (although that has bad image these days) or someone fat or muscley! Must be imposing/authoritative . Open to other suggestions. Not sure whether a black & white sketch or even a photo?
