Responsibilities:
1. Maintain VIP users, promote VIP users to recharge, and explore potential paying users;
2. Promote various activities on the platform, responsible for the result of activities;
3. Handle feedback to ensure VIP user satisfaction, might include whatsapp messages and callings;
4. Some other things that need to be supported.
Qualifications:
1. Native language is Arabic, and good at English communication;
2. At least half a year of VIP users operationing or customer service or sales experience;
3.Be patient, have good thinking logic, data analysis and communication and collaboration skills;
4.Because of the epidemic, you need to work at home and you need an Android phone/computer
