Logo And Webpage Designer

We are looking for a designer to design our logo and redesign our webpage. We are a company that sells table books that focus on the nature and history of Jordan. The website should be simple but powerful, and be able to include a brief overview of the company, the books, maybe some sample photographs, a contact us page, a subscribers form, some links to our social media accounts, and potentially a payment gateway. It should also be designed in a way that can accommodate future additions to our product / service offering, such as more books, products, a blog, podcasts, etc.

Our ideal candidate has experience in both logo and webpage design that can be demonstrated in a portfolio, and the ability to modify the company's current webpage. We would like to know your process and rate to complete these two tasks.
