The new corporate identity springs from the concept of Sun (and Fire); Sun is energy and power, symbolizes life and expresses warmth. The new identity strives for a balance between the technological and the human, connoting leadership and movement. Dynamic and visionary, global and direct, the symbol portrays RÛDAW as a pioneer in the media business. Through the dynamic interaction of form and color, the concept comes to life as a visionary and bold brand. The identities, based on a typography specially designed for RÛDAW, emphasizes the “R,” which is shared by all the brands of the group, identifying power and connection to the collective world of RUDAW’s companies (the group, TV, web, newspaper, etc.). In this way, the new corporate identity shares a visual system for the corporation and its companies.
