Logo Design Development And Branding Elements

I am looking for a designer with experience in developing a visual identity for companies in the Middle East, preferably in the Gulf. This is for a new business (an architecture, engineering, and design company). I am keen on the logo design first then we could agree on another phase of the project regarding the branding elements.
