Design For Web Application And Mobile Application (e-Commerce)

I need a professional design for an eCommerce System. Both The web and mobile applications.
There are 2 choices:

1. Provide me with the PSD files if you cannot convert this to HTML, CSS and Javascript

2. Provide me with the final HTML
