1) Job description:

Seeking a 5+ years Project Manager Experience responsible to develop & implement strategic plans for the Project Management Office that will have a differentiated impact on the organization. Besides, be able to execute project plans throughout conducting various project management related activities with the knowledge of various project management methodologies such as Project Management Institue (PMI), MSF, SCRUM, etc...

The candidate will have a unique opportunity to work within an innovative & creative team of project managers managed by a highly experienced and talented PMO implementing cutting edge business solutions within various industries and in different locations around the world.

As a member of the Project Management Office, the candidate would work on extending the Project Management Processes adopted within the office, including developing lessons learned, enhanced reporting & communication scheme, software development processes, guidelines and best practices.. This is a mid to senior level project management position, that will be required to juggle multiple projects of average size, scope and risk


2) Responsibilities:

* Taking a lead role in the assessment of the IT commitment resulting from a sales activity identifying all related risks, issues, counter measures, corrective or mitigation acts to be conducted prior to such commitment

* Prepare & Validate project plans

* Provides input to and underwrites the project budget to management

* Acquisition, preparation, assessment, assignment and management of the resources required for the project

* Planning, monitoring and controlling the project through defining and applying project management related methodology

* Define & implement project review, change control and acceptance procedures that conform to the chosen project methodology

* Proactively Indentify project related issues through logging, assessing, prioritizing and conducting corrective actions for resolving the pending issues in subject

* Identify & execute course of actions designed to minimize or avert risk through assessing risk related items building a risk log stating the probability of occurrence and coming up with the risk exposure factor accordingly

* Recommend contingency provisions in the project budget

* Taking accountability for the project financials through assuring and authorizing billable deliverables to be processed for payment

* Managing projects in more than one country distributed among different geographical locations around the world

* Managing virtual teams through conducting remote project management activities

* Conducting pre-sales related activities during the project execution life cycle

* Conducting software quality management techniques & code reviews that would enhance developer productivity

* Technical consultancy on evaluating, proposing and implementing information worker solutions targeting various industries and sectors

* Developing development road maps, project plans, project estimates, Vision Scope, Functional Specification, Design, Project Structure documents, communication plans, Technical & Financial proposals

* Conducting Project Kickoffs, Project Closure Activities, Project Execution Plans, Detailed Development Plans

* Managing People and developing others

* Building strong relationships

* Delivering excellent service



3) Job Requirements:

* Passion, diligence, integrity, and exceptional aptitude
