Develop Simple Marketplace Website

Hello Geeks!

This post is just for senior developers who are developing websites without using any kind of ready platforms like WordPress, Magento, Opencart, etc.

Aghradi is an Arabic word means "my stuff" in English. Aghradi.com is a social marketplace that connects people who are looking to buy or offer other people stuff. Any user can upload his item with it's simple features (3 pictures, price, location, contacts, and other specifications)

Required:
1. User Profile
2. Landing page + items page + single item page + Uploading page + Static pages
3. Simple search
4. tagging system integrated with the search engine
5. Arabic and English languages
6. Admin Panel

2. You cannot develop the website using any ready CMS platform, so please place your bid if you can develop it from scratch using symfony or any other MVC framework suits you.
