Creating A Website And Rebrand Tamkeen's Work

We are looking for a web designer, web developer and branding expert to create a website for Tamkeen Center for Legal Aid and Human Rights. the website should reflect a clear idea about the work of Tamkeen , and be able to serve its beneficiaries. The only challange that the staff will face is that we have only 6 weeks to accomplish the mission.
