We are ArabCrunch group: http://ArabCrunch.NET ArabCrunch Eng blog ArabCrunch Arabic blog and ArabCrunch DEMO a startup for startups who is seeking a bright, energetic, and dedicated team player to design and develop the UI for the first and largest social platform that empowers startups and techies in the Arab world and the east in general: ArabCrunch.NET . And to design wp themes for the most popular blog in the world about Arab tech startups and companies.
Responsibilities include:
* UI work on our site.
* Hard core web design skills for designing usable interfaces and other marketing materials.
* Contribute technical leadership to the engineering team, including best practices and processes that enable the team to continually improve productivity and quality of products delivered.
* Ability to contribute to our product roadmap is a big plus.
Work experience requirements:
* 3+ years of Experience in web design.
* Strong understanding and experience in usability.
* Expert in XHTML/ CSS.
* Good knowledge in JavaScript /Flash.
* AJAX a plus.
* Experience in creating WP themes is a plus, plus.
* Some Experience with PHP is a plus too.
* Experience with Photoshop and AI is a must.
* BS/BA in Computer Science, or Graphic Design or Arts.
* Object-oriented design skill.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Start-up experience at a fast growing consumer web company a plus.
* The ideal candidate will be a bright, logical team-player.
Language Requirements: Arabic and English.
Employment Type: Full Time. Location: Amman, Jordan.
