Flash Animator

Experience
Flash animators must have a bachelor's or associate degree in a design field. They must be comfortable working in Adobe Flash, PhotoShop, Illustrator and other traditional graphics programs.

Skills
Strong graphic skills are mandatory to succeed as a Flash animator. These graphic designers must have fresh ideas and knowledge of a variety of graphic formats. Flash animators should be team players and have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
