Responsibilities of a Development Manager will include:
Manage the day-to-day field operations of the Technical teams

Responsible for the hire of new teams, and develop their skills.
Comprehensive understanding of the techniques of a professional services / consultancy firm, public relations, communications or related field.
Contributes to the overall performance of the firm by managing current staff / client relationships and programs, generating new business, recruiting, developing.
To ensure that the objectives of the company, as agreed by the strategic management and to properly be carried out.
Setting the Technical Vision of the Company and insure it is propagated to all technical Teams
Object Oriented Thinking by driving team members to think Re-usable and Rapid Development Environment etc.

The candidate must have the following minimum qualifications:
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Information Technology.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing people.
Proven Track Record in Managing Large Technical Teams.
