Responsibilities:
•Communicate with the customers to sell retail products, deliver and receive postal and non-postal services. Handle the assigned tasks professionally to ensure achieving the set targets and the customer satisfaction
•Sell, promote the postal and retail products & services within the postal outlet and ensure that all related fees/amounts are paid
•Maintain, accurately, a stock of postal/retail products and the related values
Qualifications:
•Good language skills (Arabic, English).
•Knowledge of retail or and wholesale sales principles, method and technique
•Basic computer skills
•Good Arabic and English typing skills
•Good accent; good pronunciation
