1. Promote and sell company’s products and services and ensure all activities meet the company quality standards and set objectives according to defined processes and procedures.
2. Maintain and develop a good relationship with existing and new customers while listening to their needs and recommend appropriate services to ensure their continuous satisfaction.
3. Acquire new customers according to set targets
4. Update regularly the sales pipeline
5. Present a business plan that summarizes his/her objectives for the current year.
6. Initiate sales projects and ensure its proper implementation with the concerned parties
7. Obtain complete data from customer regarding any complaint, forward it to concerned parties and ensure proper problem resolution.
8. Fill any appropriate forms related to his / her duties (AMS, Business proposal,..) and submit it to the manager for approval before delivery.
9. Collect market intelligence for business development opportunities.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent (Sales, marketing, ..)
• 1 to 4 years of experience in related field
• Very good language skills (Arabic and English).French is a plus
