Web Designer And UI Expert

We are looking to redesign an existing start-up website, it is a user content based website (sort of like a social network). Functionality will remain the same, but the site requires a facelift. It needs to look incredibly appealing and attractive to all users.

We are looking for someone with experience in web design, and MUST have a portfolio to show. If we are interested in the work presented we will probably ask for a 1-2 page mock-up just to see if we're on the same track before we get started.

The applicant needs to be familiar with web best practices, and also with Bootstrap elements.

We cannot stress how important it is for any applicant to have a portfolio of work to show us, as we will not be contacting an applicant if we do not know what their capabilities and design style are.
