You will be part of a small, ambitious and dedicated UX squad who tackle the toughest of problems. Clean, and easy experiences with a sophisticated design language is what we eat every single day. Requirements:

3 years prior experience in a similar user-focused role;
Experience with designing for web and mobile apps;
A solid understanding of HTML/XHTML and CSS. You know all the little tricks needed to get IE to display things properly;
Knowledge of JavaScript: Ideally jQuery and you understand how to do the same thing with raw JavaScript;
Knowledge of Sass and Compass.
Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator;
Ability to wireframe with pen and paper or a software and demonstrate the user flows and how the content will be viewed in context
Understanding of Responsive web design and the mobile first approach;
Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision and understand the needs of the user, not just 'how it should look';
Solid experience in conducting user research, concept testing, and usability testing;
Strong communication skills - you will be brainstorming, discussing and engaging in deep dialog - often;
Fluent in Arabic and English;

Responsibilities:

Liaise between the Product Leads and marketing department and ensure product requirements and tasks go through a complete UX cycle before handing it off to the engineering team;
Produce screen designs for the responsive site and mobile apps along with detailed implementation notes;
Write and maintain clean code following dubizzle’s front-end programming practices;
Facilitate user sessions, seminars and focus groups on a regular basis with learnings transferred into A/B test runs;
Work within the team to collaboratively develop prototypes for demonstration of concepts;
Plan and achieve goals to help improve the performance and quality of all of our sites across multiple platforms;
