Compositing Artist

Looking for compositing artist, ideally knows how to use SMOKE, or FLAME. After effects or any other software is ok. Need to have a keen eye for detail and perfect compositing jobs of any nature.
Added creative value is ideal with a creative edge defiantly beneficial.
