Assistant Producer

JOB DESCRIPTION Working as a production Assistant for TVC, Documentaries, Photo Shoots, and Print Production

KRA’s & RESPONSIBILITIES
TVC: To do the work given by the producer.

Working on job briefs given by Client Servicing and ensuring the job is done:
- Preparing cost estimates.
- Briefing the job to production houses, following up on jobs.
- Getting LPO's prepared from production and faxing it to the suppliers.
- Getting copies of Dats, DIGI BETAS, DVD's if required fro the client.
- Getting studio bookings for clients for any job to be done.
- Getting cinema reels
- The above includes TVC edits, Radio, Animation, etc.
- Filing of paper work, production documents ( Cost estimates, LPO's, etc)
- Casting of models for Photo shoots / TVC
- Going for shoots, edits and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Helping my Producer in production of new TV Commercials.
- Getting things ready for the PPM, Going on Shoots, Helping in post production.
- Booking Airline tickets, hotel bookings, etc.

PRINT: To do the work given by the print coordinator.

- Getting cheques and petty cash requisitions ready for the shoot.
- Attending shoots & making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Buying images from the internet and from image banks for different Jobs.
- Arranging for misc office work or production work like, transportation, picking up CD's form studios, etc.
- Filing of paper work, production documents ( Cost estimates, LPO's, etc)
- Casting of models for Photo shoots
- Helping the Print coordinator in production of new Print Production.
- Getting things ready for the PPM, Going on Shoots, Helping in post production.
- Booking Air tickets, hotel bookings, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED EXPERIENCES
Previous experience in production.
