Duties & Responsibilities:
*Previous professional experience in an ad agency or similar environment.
*Manage design projects from concept to completion, and ensure all work meets deadlines.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and independently prioritize tasks.
*Required to work alone and as part of a team, to contribute innovative and creative ideas.
*Work closely with the management /marketing team to create advertising pieces.
*Attend meetings as required, to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues.
* Strong graphic, typography and web design skills.
*As the design team grows, should be able to lead and monitor junior designers and freelancers.
