We are looking for a senior associate level candidate to join our Middle East Creative Design Centre team. Based from our office in Jordan, the jobholder should have a solid experience as a graphic designer with strong skills in the Adobe creative suite design software, excellent communications skills and the ability to translate a document into a creative design with high visual impact. Responsibilities will range from developing a huge variety of printed material, PowerPoint presentations, to digital and animated videos.
The Creative Design Centre team is based in Jordan but works virtually with the region and PwC network.
The role would suit someone with an excellent command of verbal and written English language and 3-4 years of experience in a design, preferably agency experience.
Working within the Creative Design Centre Team, you will be responsible for developing creative designs across a wide range of industries and markets, delivering high quality, on-brand creative design output.
You will be required to always work using PwC brand guidelines and have relevant experience to solve creative problems within a brand infrastructure, and work with the Creative Lead to develop a close relationship with the Global Brand and Global Online teams.
You will be required to work on print or digital design campaigns, and have a good knowledge of design in the social media space. This involves using your communication skills and knowledge of understanding briefs to come up with concepts that achieve the objective and make an impact.
Keeping abreast of best practice in the PwC network, as well as keeping well-informed of emerging technologies in design externally, is a key to make sure you deliver the standards of graphic design to a consistently high standard across the firm.
You will enhance your skills in dealing with stakeholders at different levels including leadership, acting both as an adviser and as a ‘go-to’ person to get things done. You will bring innovative ideas to help seize opportunities, take ownership of projects and activities and deliver excellence in the outcome created.
The role needs someone with a flexible and ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to get things done, and deliver the best possible work within sometimes tight timescales and budgets.
The role will suit someone who has an appetite to seize new opportunities, make the role their own and is happy working in a complex multi-stakeholder environment.
