Are you interested in making games? We at NA3M Games are looking for a talented 3D artist to join our team as we endeavor on to an exciting new project!
You’ll be using the latest in multi-platform and Unity tech, creating low-, mid- and high-poly models and environments. You will also work with colleagues to establish a solid pipeline and see your models come to life!
What you will be doing:
Forging incredibly-awesome models and environments for one of our biggest games.
Integrating and optimizing 3D assets for game engines.
Creating texture maps (diffuse, normal, specular, light maps, etc).
Adjusting shader settings and asset attributes within the game engine.
Developing models of versatile visual styles.
Help with animations and rigs of characters and other types of assets.
What you should have:
Strong foundation of skills in visual design principles (light, value, color, flow, form, shape, composition, etc).
Superb knowledge of 3D modeling, from low- to high-poly, and re-topology.
Being proficient in both organic and hard surface modeling.
Applying and maintaining a consistent art style throughout our projects, while following our design guidelines.
Awareness of current trends and technologies.
Being a team player in a dynamic and iterative environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowing how to take and offer constructive criticism and to take direction well, while understanding and incorporating requests for revisions.
Being able to understand cross-platform implementation and its technical limitations.
Having efficient and speedy work practices.
Animation and rigging.
Experience with the Unity game engine.
