Developing A Social Network

I am looking to develop a bucket list social platform targeting the GCC and Middle East region so it must be bilingual. (Arabic and English)

The social network will also have a marketplace with related products that can be purchased online such as the customized bucket list binder and other products that complement the items they add to their list.

I would also like to have product recommendation implemented in the website. For example, if I user ads lose weight and we sell yoga mats and weights, these products will appear in the bottom of the page or on the side.
