Looking To Hire Freelance Artist For Tattoo Design

I have a few tattoos on one arm, they are more like little patches of memories scattered around my arm. I need a designer to first draw them all on a flat canvas (so unwrap my arm basically) so we can start working on a design to fill in the blanks between them.
