ONE14 is the concept of combining difficult physical and spiritual endurance accomplishments to create a more balanced Muslim. 

Specifically, ONE14 is an overall goal broken out intoa race series where a participant must compete in two challenges. The first challenge is a the physical component – running/jogging/walking and the second challenge is memorizing from the Holy Qur’an.
