• Worked with the business team in understanding their business process and prepared various requirement gathering and functional design documents. • Developed and managed complete Project Plans, FIT Gap Analysis (Identification of Business needs and Clients requirements), and Test Strategies for Oracle Human Resources Implementation. • Study of the existing system "As-Is" study and documenting the same in RD 020. • Collating the To- Be requirements from COE Managers and the end users and mapping the requirements in RD 050. • Planned and executed CRP1, CRP2 and UAT test cycles. • Created user manuals and trained the end users • Providing Production support and troubleshooting user (remedy) tickets in Production, Test and Development instances.
